Who this is about
This privacy notice describes how Mastermind Masonry (a TX-based business in Round Rock) handles information you send through this website.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your phone number and/or email address
- Your city or neighborhood
- What service you’re asking about, the property type, and your preferred frequency
- Any message you choose to write
That’s it. We don’t collect anything else through the form.
What we do not collect
- No tracking cookies. No Google Analytics, no Facebook Pixel, no advertising cookies.
- No behavioral profile. We don’t follow you around the web or sell your information.
- No payment information. Quotes are given on-site and invoices are sent separately. We don’t collect card details through this website.
- No children’s data knowingly collected. This site isn’t directed at children under 13.
Why we collect it
To reply to you and quote your job. That’s the only reason. We don’t use your information for marketing unless you separately ask us to.
Who sees it
Your message is delivered to our inbox via Resend (our email-delivery provider). Resend processes the email in transit and does not retain its contents. Nobody else receives a copy.
Our website hosting is provided by Cloudflare. Cloudflare sees ordinary server request logs (your IP address, the time, the page you requested) and retains them under their standard terms for security and reliability. We don’t read those logs for marketing.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our email inbox as long as the conversation is useful. If you’d like us to delete your information, call or message us and we will.
Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Ask what information we have about you.
- Ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Ask us to stop using it.
